Below are some quick tips that can help you take care of yourself so you can continue to provide the excellent care that our clients deserve!

Tips for a
Mindful Morning

  1. Take your time! Stretch for a few minutes before getting out of bed.
  2. Sit up tall, lengthen your spine, and take 5 slow, deep breaths.
  3. As you’re getting ready, sing or hum your favorite melody.
  4. Tune into your senses as you eat. Focus on colors, texture, flavors, and smells.
  5. Start a daily journal listing 3 things you’re grateful for.
