An internship at Damar is an exciting, real-world, client-interactive experience that gives you a chance make a positive difference in the lives of others. If you’re an enthusiastic and motivated student, Damar's dynamic Internship and Practicum Program may be right for you!

The program provides a unique opportunity to spend an academic semester, quarter or trimester working side-by-side with talented professionals who are devoted to fulfilling Damar’s important mission of building better futures for children and adults facing life’s greatest developmental and behavioral challenges. Fall, spring and summer internship opportunities are available.

Students eighteen years of age or older who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and are currently enrolled in high school or at least half-time in an accredited U.S. college or university are eligible to apply. Internships are available at the undergraduate and graduate levels of education in the following specialty areas:
