Minimum Qualifications
Due to the nature of the work we perform, staff members must meet and maintain high local, state and federal standards. These standards include, but are not limited to:
- Must be 18 years of age for some positions and 21 years of age for others.
- For Direct Support Technician positions, all applicants must posses a high school diploma or GED certificate. For other positions, please review the specific job description for educational requirements.
- Must hold a valid Indiana Driver's License and posses a driving record that meets our automobile insurance policy requirements (for some positions).
- Must meet the requirements of a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical.
- Must have and be able to provide proof of automobile insurance (for some positions).
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
