Jeff Frady
Director of Community Living and Support Services
Jeff Frady joined DAMAR Services, Inc. as support services director in 2000 and was promoted to director of community living and support services (CLASS) in 2002. His primary responsibility includes for directing the CLASS team, which serves hundreds of DAMAR’s adult clients and their families.
Frady is a native of Richmond, Indiana, and has dedicated his career to serving people with developmental disabilities and mental challenges, having served as the director of workshops for the Mental Health Association of Indiana and as residential coordinator for Christole, Inc.
Frady is a graduate of Franklin College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He also holds a master’s in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
