Diane Lamond, MS, C-SAY-C

Director of Residential Services

Diane Lamond serves DAMAR Services, Inc. as the director of residential services. Charged with leading the programming and operations of the residential campus and community-based transitional service homes, she supervises a staff of residential directors, managers, counselors, clinicians and direct support staff.

A DAMAR employee since 1998, Lamond served as a counselor and counseling supervisor before advancing to her current position in 2006. Previously, she was a pre-doctoral intern for Seven Counties Services.

A native of Indianapolis, Lamond earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University and was a project coordinator for grant-funded research initiatives for two years through the IU School of Nursing.  She also holds a master’s in clinical psychology from Purdue University where she also worked five years as an adjunct professor and coordinated research initiatives through the School of Science.

Lamond is active in IN-AJSOP (Indiana’s Initiative to Advance the Treatment of Sexually Maladaptive Youth) and holds the Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician (CSAYC) designation.
