If you worked or volunteered at DAMAR Services, you might serve as a clinician. Or direct support staff. Or a one-on-one mentor. Whatever your role, you would wholeheartedly believe one thing: Just because people have severe developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges doesn’t make them any less human or less deserving of the absolute highest quality of life. Everyone at DAMAR – from our board of directors and leadership team to our staff team members and volunteers – takes great pride in what we do. Most importantly, we honor the achievements of those who we serve through our important, life-changing mission.
