Donna Stutler joined DAMAR Services, Inc. as the first volunteer resources director in 2002. Responsible for developing and sustaining DAMAR’s volunteer program, Donna oversees the recruitment and retention of individuals and groups who lend their time and talents in support of DAMAR’s important mission.

Mrs. Stutler’s talent, guidance and strong leadership have resulted in unprecedented growth of the organization’s volunteer base from less than a hundred people to more than a 1,250.

Donna came to DAMAR after serving 29 years at the Indiana School for the Deaf where she concluded her tenure as the assistant to the outreach director and administrative team.

Donna’s passion for human services is further evidenced by her professional and civic affiliations, which include serving on boards for CIAVA (Central Indiana Association of Volunteer Administrators) and the Mooresville Kiwanis Club, and as sponsor of the IUPUI chapter of Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity. She also volunteers as a food server for Wheeler Mission Ministries in Indianapolis.

In 2005, Donna was recognized as the volunteer coordinator of the year by the Central Indiana Association of Volunteer Administrators.

An Evansville, Indiana, native, Donna graduated from Our Lady of Grace Academy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
