Carla Bill, MSW
Director of Admissions
Carla Bill joined the staff at DAMAR Services, Inc. in 1984, as the director of admissions. Responsible for faciliating residential placements for Damar, she serves as the liaison to County Divisions of Child Services, Indiana Division of Disabilities Services, Indiana Department of Education and other placing entities. Carla works with key members of DAMAR’s staff to develop preliminary residential placements plans for children admitted for residential treatment services.
A native of Shelbyville, Indiana, Bill joined DAMAR after discovering her interest in working with children with developmental disabilities during an internship through Riley Children’s Hospital.
Carla is a graduate of Indiana University where she earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and a master’s degree in social work.
