Jason McManus, has taken the helm as Damars first vice president of programs and services responsible for the continual improvement and strategic direction of Damars full continuum of programs and services to children, adults and families.

Jason is best known for his most recent position as Executive Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), where he led the agencys field operations for the southern part of the state. He comes to Damar with extensive knowledge and experience in both the juvenile justice and DCS systems.

Jasons personality, leadership style and expertise will allow us to further improve service quality and outcomes for our clients, said Dr. Jim Dalton, President & Chief of Operations.

Jason holds a bachelors in history from Portland State University and a masters in criminal justice research from the University of Cincinnati. He resides in Carmel, Indiana, with his family.
