Liz, previously human resources director, came to Damar in 1999 and was promoted in 2006 to her current position. Prior to joining Damar, she lent her expertise to the transportation, property management and banking industries, serving in various human resources leadership roles at Budget Group Inc., NHP Inc., AIMCO, and First Merchants Bank.

True to Damar's mission of serving individuals with developmental disabilities, Liz serves as co-chair of INARF's (Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, Inc.) Human Resource Section Group. She also is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resource Association of Central Indiana, and secretary/treasurer of the Board of Directors for John 17 Ministries.

A native of Winchester, Ind., Liz has a bachelor's in finance from Ball State University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
