Kristin, hired in 2006 as an autism specialist, has been instrumental in helping shape Damar's Autism Service Line and has positively impacted hundreds of lives through her service in a variety of settings. She was previously with Christole, Inc. where she worked as a direct care staff, group home manager, school liaison and most recently as a QMRP.

A native of Bloomington, Ind., Kristin earned her bachelor's in sociology from DePauw University and holds a master's in counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She facilitates an array of in-service and community-based trainings, and is pursuing the nationally acclaimed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation.
