 Jennifer Maggard, MSW
Director of Outpatient Services
Jennifer Maggard is the director of outpatient services at Damar Services, Inc. Charged with directing the development, implementation and evaluation of outpatient clinical treatment services, she leads a team of psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors and behavior management professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for Damar's clients and their families. Jennifer, previously a group home direct support staff, group home residential director, associate director of group services and outpatient mental health therapist, came to Damar in 1998 and was promoted in 2007 to her current position. She was previously a preschool teacher. Jennifer is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and serves as a volunteer and colony caretaker for IndyFeral. An Indianapolis native, Jennifer has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Purdue University and a master's in social work from Indiana University.
