Jeff Frady
Director of Community Living And Support Services (CLASS)
Having dedicated his career to serving people with developmental and mental health challenges, Jeff Frady serves Damar Services, Inc. as the director of Community Living And Support Services (CLASS) program and is charged with managing community-based education and supported living services for the hundreds of youth and adults the program serves.

Jeff joined Damar's staff in 2000 as support services director and was promoted to his current position in 2002. His previous positions include: workshop director, Mental Health Association of Indiana; and residential coordinator, Christole, Inc.

Jeff is a native of Richmond, Ind., and a graduate of Franklin College where has a bachelor's degree in psychology. He also holds a master's in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
