 Carla Bill, MSW
Director of Admissions
Carla Bill is the director of admissions at Damar Services Inc., a position she has held since joining the organization in 1984. Responsible for facilitating residential placements, she serves as Damar's official liaison to Indiana County Divisions of Child Services, the Indiana Division of Disabilities Services, Indiana Department of Education and other referring agencies. Carla also collaborates with Damar clinicians and other staff professionals to develop preliminary placements plans for children admitted for residential treatment services. Carla came to Damar after discovering her interest in working with children with developmental disabilities while participating in an internship program at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. A native of Shelbyville, Ind., Carla is a graduate of Indiana University with bachelor's and master's degrees in social work.
